The term “Platform” refers to the Website/Android Application / iOS Application /APIs which enable the Users to upload videos of dance performances ranging from 10 seconds to 3 minutes the time duration may be altered or modified by the Firm at any point of time without any prior notice of the same. The Users can upload audio/video tracks, enable professional dancers to provide video dance tutorials/introduction videos, upload paid/free videos and provides space for advertising or updating information on local events by organizers/users.

e. “Personal Information” shall mean and refer to any personally identifiable information that We may collect from You such as Name, Email Id, contact details etc., which have been set out in detail in the said policy

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

a. Personal data such as, but not limited to name, email, phone, date of birth, gender, city, state, country and Profile Image, current GPS location etc.;

b. In case of Users registering as Gurus, Government mandated I.D proofs.

This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on the Platform or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on the Platform or not), your computer browser information, and other information associated with your interaction with the Platform.

d. We use your contact information to send you information based on your interests and prior activity. The Company may also use contact information internally to direct its efforts for service improvement but shall immediately delete all such information upon withdrawal of your consent for the same through the ‘unsubscribe’ button or through an email to be sent to contactus@danssup.com
